Booking Process

1. Booking Request

  • Submit your booking request through our website or call us directly
  • Provide accurate travel details including pickup location, destination, date, and time
  • Specify the number of passengers and any special requirements
  • Choose your preferred vehicle type from our available options

2. Confirmation

  • We will contact you within 2 hours to confirm your booking
  • Final pricing will be communicated based on your requirements
  • You will receive a booking confirmation with trip details
  • Driver and vehicle details will be shared 24 hours before the trip

3. Payment

  • Advance payment may be required for certain bookings
  • Payment can be made via UPI, bank transfer, or cash
  • Payment details will be shared after booking confirmation
  • Full payment is due before or at the start of the trip

Booking Terms

Advance Booking

  • We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance
  • Same-day bookings are subject to vehicle availability
  • Peak season bookings should be made 48-72 hours in advance
  • Emergency bookings may incur additional charges

Vehicle Assignment

  • Vehicles are assigned based on availability and booking requirements
  • We reserve the right to provide an equivalent or higher category vehicle
  • Specific vehicle requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges
  • All vehicles are well-maintained, clean, and sanitized

Pricing

  • Prices are calculated based on distance, duration, and vehicle type
  • Toll charges, parking fees, and state taxes are additional
  • Waiting charges apply for delays beyond the scheduled time
  • Night charges (11 PM - 6 AM) may apply for certain trips

Customer Responsibilities

Before the Trip

  • Provide accurate contact information and trip details
  • Confirm the booking 24 hours before the scheduled trip
  • Inform us of any changes or special requirements in advance
  • Ensure all passengers have valid identification documents

During the Trip

  • Be ready at the pickup location at the scheduled time
  • Treat the vehicle and driver with respect
  • Follow safety guidelines and wear seat belts
  • No smoking, alcohol consumption, or illegal activities in the vehicle
  • Report any issues or concerns immediately to our support team
