• All bookings are subject to our confirmation and vehicle availability
• A booking is confirmed only when you receive written confirmation from us

3. Payment Terms

• Harassing or inappropriate behavior towards drivers or staff

6. Age and Capacity

• You must be at least 18 years old to book our services
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
• You are responsible for all bookings made under your account
• Minors must be accompanied by adults during travel

7. Limitation of Liability

• Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service
• We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages

• We are not liable for service disruptions due to natural disasters, strikes, or government actions
• In such cases, we will try to provide alternative solutions or full refunds
• Force majeure events include but are not limited to floods, earthquakes, pandemics, and civil unrest
