Please read our cancellation policy carefully before booking. Cancellation charges vary based on the timing of cancellation and type of booking.

Cancellation Timeline

24+ Hours Before Trip

Cancellation Charge: No charges

Full refund of any advance payment made. No questions asked cancellation.

12-24 Hours Before Trip

Cancellation Charge: 25% of total fare

75% refund of advance payment. Charges apply due to vehicle allocation and driver assignment.

6-12 Hours Before Trip

Cancellation Charge: 50% of total fare

50% refund of advance payment. Higher charges due to limited time for reassignment.

Less than 6 Hours Before Trip

Cancellation Charge: 100% of total fare

No refund available. Vehicle and driver are already committed to your trip.

Modification Policy

Date & Time Changes

  • 24+ hours before: Free modification (subject to availability)
  • 12-24 hours before: ₹200 modification fee
  • 6-12 hours before: ₹500 modification fee
  • Less than 6 hours: Modification not allowed

Route Changes

  • Minor route changes: No additional charges
  • Major route changes: Fare difference applies
  • Distance increase: Additional charges as per rate card
  • Distance decrease: Refund of fare difference

Vehicle Type Changes

  • Upgrade: Pay fare difference
  • Downgrade: Refund fare difference (if available)
  • Subject to vehicle availability
  • Changes allowed up to 12 hours before trip

Special Circumstances

Weather Conditions

In case of severe weather conditions that make travel unsafe:

  • Full refund if trip is cancelled by us
  • Free rescheduling to next available date
  • No cancellation charges apply

Medical Emergency

For genuine medical emergencies with proper documentation:

  • Reduced cancellation charges (case-by-case basis)
  • Free rescheduling option available
  • Medical certificate required

Vehicle Breakdown

If our vehicle breaks down or we cannot provide service:

  • Full refund of all payments
  • Alternative vehicle arrangement if possible
  • Compensation for any inconvenience caused

Refund Process

Processing Time

  • UPI/Digital payments: 2-3 business days
  • Bank transfers: 5-7 business days
  • Cash payments: Immediate refund

Refund Method

  • Same method as original payment
  • Bank account transfer if needed
  • Cash refund for cash payments

Note: Refunds are processed after deducting applicable cancellation charges. You will receive a confirmation SMS/email once the refund is initiated.
